reduce Logistics expense and carbon footprint

A footwear supplier used our packaging optimization software to improve payload on ocean containers eliminating 600 ocean containers from their supply chain.  In addition, cost reductions were produced in storage, corrugate, and miscellaneous expenses.  In total the client saved $2.8M in cost while reducing their carbon footprint.   This resulted in $15M in new sales with Walmart & Target.  The project turned the company to profitability.
